Recruitment is traditionally a fast-moving industry due to the needs of clients; however, our 'less haste, more speed' philosophy balances agility with a structured approach, providing a superior service for our clients, alongside greater control for our team. Due to our ultra-tight specialism, we can utilise our collective knowledge and network to gain a significant advantage over other recruiters who are dabbling within our field of expertise. The majority of people join us with no recruitment experience, which mitigates bad habits that are rife in the recruitment industry. Apprenticeships

One of the fundamental aims of Signature Career Management is to reverse many of the shortcomings that traditional recruitment methodologies have created. Rather than adding to these problems by hiring within the industry, Signature has adopted a long-term strategy that recognises the attitudinal characteristics of potential recruitment consultants, then trains them up to the standards of the co-founder and recruitment expert, Emilie Gregson.

With a commitment to our local economy, it seemed like a natural progression to provide opportunity by developing talent within the surrounding areas through recognised apprenticeship schemes.

Whether through a dedicated recruitment apprenticeship or a qualification that provides a complementary role, there are always opportunities for people with the right characteristics to carve out a career at Signature Career Management.

If you want an example of someone who commits 110% every single day with no exceptions to anything they do, then look no further than the Co-Founder of Signature. I have worked with Emilie for the last 2x years at Signature and the learnings I have taken are leagues above anything I have taken from previous roles in my career.
