Perfetti:

Signature originally started working with Perfetti Van Melle in 2019 but their partnership was solidified when a former client, Rob Lockley, took up the role of Sales Director. 

Rob had previously been the Sales Director at Fulfil Nutrition, who Signature had supported with 8 key commercial hires during 21-22 in the build up to their acquisition by The Ferrero Group.

Rob called upon the support of Signature in driving commercial performance in his new role, with the appointment 9 key personnel over 2024 and the start of 2025. 

This partnership has helped to develop a high-performing commercial team that has surpassed expectations and seen Rob moved into the role of Managing Director to oversee their next stage of growth.

Cawston Press:

The services of Signature Career Management were retained by Cawston Press, a premium soft drink business, in early 2021 shortly after Emilie met with their Sales Director, Frank Bartlett. 

Signature were tasked with supporting a D&I initiative with a large emphasis on Cawston’s talent attraction strategy. 

Since their first placement in March 2021, Signature have gone on to place a total of 12 people into their sales team who are supporting the incredible performance of the business. 

This is testament to how diverse and inclusive teams can deliver success as well as stability, even during periods where many businesses are experiencing inflated levels of employee turnover.

Faith in Nature:

Signature are partnered with Faith in Nature, a purpose-driven, ethical personal care brand with nearly 50 years of heritage. 

Tasked with taking their commercial team in a new direction, Emilie was approached by one of the founding family members who she had been recommended to. 

Since placing their Global Sales Director in May 2021, Signature have gone on to place the following candidates with Faith in Nature; Managing Director, Customer Development Manager, International Channel Director, National Account Manager, Amazon Account Manager, Key Account Manager.

MPM Products:

With MPM now targeting annual revenues of £250m, their commercial team continues to evolve. In 2024 Signature supported in the appointment of a further 5 senior commercial appointments to support them in their ambitious growth plans. 

During the time that Emilie supported them in building their commercial team, MPM experienced growth of over 20% year-on-year over a 5-year period prior to its sale at the end of 2020.

Emilie has been supporting MPM since she first entered recruitment. Having forged a close working relationship with Sales Director, Andrew Booker, and former Head of HR, Tracy Walter, they continued to work together as Emilie's career progressed and they went on to become the first client of Signature Career Management after it was formed.

Speedibake:

Speedibake, part of the ABF group, were one of the first clients of Signature after asking for support in the appointment of a National Account Manager. 

With expertise in spotting high-potential traits, Signature secured the placement of Stuart Allen who rapidly rose through the ranks to become Head of Sales. 

Stuart then called on the services of Signature in the development of his own team with the appointment of 8 National Account Managers and Execs over the following 6 years. 

Stuart has since moved on to become Sales Director at a global fresh produce brand, but the partnership between Signature and Speedibake continues to develop as incoming Sales Director Paul Rowley has utilised Signature's service for the appointment of 3 further commercial roles over the tail-end of 2024.
