Job description

Are you social media savvy, with an eye for scroll stopping organic content, and the ability to make things go viral?

Do you want the autonomy and creative freedom to work for a brand that is looking to channel it’s inner ‘SURREAL’, and generate a brand tone of voice on socials that is witty, informal, and doesn’t take life too seriously for all demographics?

If so, then read on!

I have the pleasure to be partnered with this growing frozen food brand, that is still very much in it’s infancy but has a proposition and a product that is very appetising. This 2-year-old business has focused on manufacturing and production in it’s early stages, and with a recent round of significant investment, they are now looking to more ‘Head office’ hires. A team of 10, but strategically there is just the founder, and the Head of ops. They now want a junior marketer to come and join the team to ultimately grow their brand awareness in a growing category. This is a remote role, where you will be on the production site getting content of their multiple NPD’s this year, as well as being out and about in retailers, in the independents, and getting the product trending as it is too good to miss!

You will have autonomy, you will have creative freedom, this is a role that you can make your own.

You will…

  • Manage social media channels across Insta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Create organic content to support a rebrand to launch this summer, NPD launches, and to grow general brand awareness.

  • Thrive with autonomy, set the content and social media calendar.

  • Have an open mind and not be afraid to muck in when needed as this is a sub £2million business, but they have huge potential and resource.

  • Go to trade shows and festivals with the team, again to create scroll stopping content and to grow the audience.

  • Support in store launches and activation from a social media POV.
