Now, they're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join their close-knit marketing team and take their biggest brand to the next level.

🎯 The Role

Your mission? To make this brand the name on the lips (and phones) of the under-35s. You’ll bring the brand to life through short-form, high-impact, emotionally resonant content. You’ll lead content strategy, spot viral trends before they peak, and jump on cultural moments to create serious engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Trend-led content creation: Plan, shoot, and edit thumb-stopping video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and more
  • Always-on storytelling: Build out a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, retail moments, and pop culture events
  • Campaign execution: Run UGC competitions, duet-style challenges, and community-driven ideas that drive genuine interaction
  • Community building: Own the comment section and DMs in a tone that’s cheeky, fun, and unmistakably on-brand
  • Culture scanning: Stay tapped into the latest trends and bring creative ideas to the team fast
  • Performance tracking: Report on engagement and optimise content to drive more reach, relevance, and ROI
  • Cross-functional collab: Work closely with brand, shopper marketing, and design teams to deliver integrated campaigns

Requirements!

  • 5+ years’ experience in social media/content creation, ideally in FMCG or youth-focused brands
  • Proven track record of growing social followings and engagement organically
  • A portfolio full of TikToks, Reels, memes, and campaigns you’re proud of
  • Fluent in Gen Z and Millennial culture (you get it without trying)
  • Naturally collaborative, full of ideas, and commercially savvy
