As part of this next phase, they are hiring a Senior Commercial / National Account Manager to lead Tesco – their biggest and most strategically critical customer. This is a newly created role, driven purely by growth and the need to go deeper, faster, and smarter with Tesco. Branded sales are surging, private label is growing alongside, and Tesco will sit at the heart of the journey.

This is not a “keep-the-lights-on” account role. This is about setting the agenda, shaping the relationship, and making Tesco feel like the priority customer they are.

You’ll step into a business that feels like an SME within a much bigger operation – fast-moving, ambitious, and full of opportunity. With a third manufacturing site now live, investment in dunnhumby data, and bold NPD plans across their existing category and beyond, the platform is set. What’s needed now is a commercial leader who can take charge.

As Senior Commercial / National Account Manager (Tesco), you will:

  • Take full P&L and JBP ownership of Tesco, spanning the branded and private label portfolio

  • Build deep, high-impact relationships, with a clear contact strategy and frequent senior engagement

  • Lead best-in-class promotions, activations and trade marketing plans

  • Champion the brand internally and externally, ensuring Tesco leads the market

  • Use dunnhumby and wider data to drive insight-led decisions and long-term growth

  • Play a key role in shaping future category and NPD opportunities across the existing and adjacent categories

  • Act as a commercial standard-setter, with other accounts chasing the Tesco blueprint

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing a Top 4 grocery retailer (Tesco experience is a major advantage)

  • Strong branded FMCG background

  • Solid P&L and JBP ownership, with a clear understanding of trade marketing

  • A structured, commercially astute operator who can thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Confident relationship builder with strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Driven, dynamic, and ambitious – someone ready to handle the next phase of scale
