So who is the ideal candidate?

• Demonstrable experience in brand management within FMCG

• Experience in new product development and managing packaging design projects from brief to final artwork

• Strong creative flair and a passion for brands and consumers

• Excellent knowledge of PR, social media

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders

• A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Developing and executing strategic brand plans to achieve ambitious growth targets

• Leading new product launches and seasonal campaigns to maximise sales and distribution

• Managing packaging and design projects for both core and seasonal ranges

• Creating and executing creative communications plans within budget and reporting on ROI

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, and external agencies to ensure the successful delivery of brand initiatives

• Monitoring brand performance and taking proactive actions to capitalise on opportunities
