You’ll work closely with senior leadership, play a key role in managing strategic accounts and distributors, and have full visibility of performance end-to-end, from sell-in to P&L.

The role

As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing key accounts and distributors across the UK and international markets, including eCommerce and new business opportunities. You’ll be hands-on, commercially minded and confident owning numbers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing key eCommerce and retail customers, including new business development

  • Working with international distributors to track performance and drive growth

  • End-to-end P&L tracking, forecasting and performance analysis

  • Managing sales trackers and automated Excel reporting, submitting data into customer portals

  • Supporting promotional planning and commercial strategy

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Spotting opportunities to upsell, expand distribution and grow accounts
