As the RGM Lead, you will formulate, communicate, and deliver the UK’s commercial strategy, providing clear guidance on pricing, promotions, forecasting, and category performance. This is a pivotal position where your analytical expertise, stakeholder management, and commercial insight will directly influence business decisions and profitable growth.

You will:

  • Lead and deliver the UK RGM strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Provide actionable promotional guidance, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with the TPM tool

  • Deliver regular promotional analysis with insights and recommendations to Sales and Marketing.

  • Play a key role in forecasting, NPD launches, and CPI recommendations, improving processes and ways of working.

  • Collaborate with European and Global RGM teams to ensure best practices are applied in the UK business.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, championing the business values and a culture of accountability and performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG, ideally within Sales, Finance, Category, or RGM functions.

  • Exceptional commercial acumen with a proven track record in delivering profitable growth initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, with experience in Power BI preferred.

  • A pragmatic, agile approach to delivery in complex and fast-moving environments.

  • Relevant qualifications in Mathematics or Business, or demonstrable experience in these areas.

  • Experience in Sales negotiation is advantageous.
