What’s the role?

Joining as a National Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a major chunk of business within Tesco, a flagship customer that represents over a third of their business.

You’ll lead the JBP, manage a sizeable P&L, collaborate with Tesco’s Buying and Category teams, and shape the long-term future of the category. Huge autonomy, pace and plenty of variety – from range reviews and space optimisation to launching fresh NPD.

Key Responsibilities

           Full P&L accountability within Tesco

           Lead category JBP, delivering revenue, margin and profit targets

           Drive range reviews, insight-led category proposals and innovation opportunities

           Build collaborative relationships with Buying, Category and Supply teams

           Identify new category propositions

           Support strategic planning around demographic trends and shopper missions

What They’re Looking For

           FMCG grocery experience with P&L ownership

           Evidence of influencing change + delivering incremental growth

           Highly analytical – comfortable with data, insights and category storytelling

           Curious, adaptable and entrepreneurial in mindset

           A genuine passion for food, culture and consumers
