This is a National Account Manager fixed-term opportunity within a London-based FMCG brand that continues to outperform its category. A business with heritage, credibility and serious momentum. As Wholesale National Account Manager, you will have full ownership and accountability across key Wholesale customers including Booker and Bestway. You’ll be trusted to set the agenda, build the strategy and execute with impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full P&L accountability across a portfolio of Wholesale customers (including Booker/Bestway)

  • Developing and delivering the Wholesale strategy to unlock sustainable sales growth

  • Building and strengthening RTM relationships, whilst developing new target customers

  • Managing existing accounts and unlocking new business opportunities

  • Leading, negotiating and executing Joint Business Plans with key customers

We’re looking for a commercially astute FMCG professional who understands Wholesale and knows how to win within it.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience managing Wholesale accounts within FMCG (Booker/Bestway exposure essential)

  • Strong P&L ownership with proven JBP planning, negotiation and delivery experience

  • A track record of building strategic customer growth plans and unlocking new business

  • A curious mindset paired with strong commercial acumen

  • The ability to analyse data, draw insight and translate this into action

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills – you win through people

  • The confidence to challenge convention and engage customers differently

  • Hunger, drive and a mindset that pushes beyond the status quo
