The business has a small product portfolio in the snacking/confectionery sector and has one of the best track records of internal development I have ever seen!
Joining as their new National Account Manager could be the best move you will ever make. The role will be to lead on two very established grocery accounts, both have amazing buyer relationships; however, there is clear room to build, develop and make this role your own! As the NAM, you will be an expert in your customers and help to excel the business to the next level. Their office is based in Buckinghamshire, and you’ll be expected to be in the office two days a week minimum.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
· Significant experience of the UK Grocery market, having already operated in a NAM role (or equivalent) for a top 6 grocer
· Asda or Waitrose being a preference
· Branded FMCG experience is a must
· Commutable to the Buckinghamshire office two days a week
· Data savvy with strong commercial acumen
· Category management and data interpretation skills
· Strategic in nature and an excellent networker and relationship builder
· Enthusiastic, ambitious, high energy to develop the portfolio and challenge the status quo
