With a unique production process, partnerships across retail, foodservice, and eCommerce, this is a business with real momentum. Following rapid growth, they’re now expanding their commercial team and looking for a driven individual to support their grocery retail partnerships.
With a significant number of SKUs already live in top 4 grocery, and a pipeline of further listings and own-label launches across the mults, this is an exciting time to join. Working closely with the SNAMs, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring retail execution lands, supporting with data and insights, and helping to manage day-to-day activity across a broad grocery customer base.
This is initially an internally focused role with the opportunity to grow. You’ll get exposure to category data, forecasting, and even P&L ownership. Over time, you may also take on direct responsibility for .com accounts or a national account, giving you a clear path to step up into a NAM position.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the SNAMs in delivering activation across grocery retail customers
Provide data and insight to drive decision-making, working with internal data teams as well as external category data providers
Manage forecasting and contribute to demand planning processes
Support with SKU performance tracking and reporting across a growing range of products
Ensure flawless execution of retail activity, acting as the key internal point of contact for day-to-day account support
Over time, take on direct ownership of elements such as .com accounts or a national account
About You:
Ambitious, driven, and eager to build a career in FMCG grocery
Analytical, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to turn data into insight
Organised and proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Ideally, some experience working with grocery retail data
A genuine interest in health, nutrition, and growing brands is highly desirable
Keen to learn, with the drive to progress into a National Account Manager role
