Partnering exclusively with Signature Career Management, we’re seeking an experienced Head of / Controller who’s ready to take on a new challenge. This is an opportunity to join the senior leadership team and take real ownership of a channel that represents around 50% of total company turnover across three core hospitality segments.
This is a business that thinks long-term, invests in their people, and move with pace and intent while expecting their leaders to do the same.
As Head of Hospitality, you will set the agenda.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning and delivering the overall Food Service & On-Trade channel strategy
Leading, coaching and developing a team of National Account Managers and Executives
Taking responsibility for key strategic customer relationships
Identifying and unlocking new large-scale growth opportunities
Accelerating performance across existing accounts and turning the dial on the wider channel
We’re looking for a commercially astute FMCG professional who understands Food Service RTM and/or On-Trade and knows how to scale growth within it.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience across Food Service and/or On-Trade channels
Previous line management and leadership experience
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sustainable growth
A strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution
Curiosity, collaboration and a genuine alignment to values-led environments
The ability to inspire, challenge and develop those around you
This London-based role (2–3 days per week in the office) offers the chance to lead a UK-wide team while playing a pivotal role in shaping the next stage of hospitality growth.
