As Head of Grocery, you’ll take ownership of the UK retail business and play a central role in launching a new drinks brand. Your experience in Top 4 Grocery will allow you to navigate buyer relationships confidently, set strategy, and deliver measurable growth across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and grow existing UK Grocery retail accounts.
Plan and execute the launch of a new functional drinks brand into the Top 4 retailers.
Expand distribution through wholesale, independents, and online channels, including Amazon.
Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers and partners to support long-term growth.
Develop and implement retail strategies that deliver measurable, profitable results.
The ideal candidate:
Experienced in Top 4 Grocery with a proven record of launching challenger brands.
Strategic thinker with an ability to translate insight into action.
Entrepreneurial, commercially aware, and results-driven.
Confident negotiator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
