This fast-growing dessert business is transforming its category and has experienced exceptional growth over the past two years. With an exciting new product launch on the horizon, they are now strengthening their commercial team and are looking for a Southern-based Business Development Manager to drive growth across the South of England.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated and passionate, with the ability to work autonomously and manage their own time effectively. You will be confident planning your own schedule, making customer visits count and building meaningful relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being out in the field, this could be the perfect role for you.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position where no two days look the same. You will be the face of the brand across your region, responsible for building strong, lasting relationships and playing a key role in driving commercial success.
As a Business Development Manager, you be a key member of the commercial team, helping to manage their existing customer base as well as proactively securing new business. Key responsibilities include:
- Support, develop and activate the brand across foodservice
- Open new distribution opportunities and build relationships with existing customer base
- To develop relationships with key decision makers
- Ensure promotional activity is implemented
- Providing insightful and actionable channel feedback
