With award-winning liquids, explosive year-on-year growth, and distribution doubling in the last year alone, this is a business on a mission. Their products are already outperforming competitors across both the On-Trade and DTC, with major new wins in hospitality groups and a strong following among quality-led venues.

Now, they’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive their next phase of growth across London and the surrounding region.

This is not a desk job. It’s a field-focused, highly autonomous commercial role where you’ll spend your time winning new accounts, building relationships, and getting this exceptional liquid into the right venues. You’ll own your patch, control your pricing conversations, and play a critical role in shaping the brand’s footprint in the UK’s most competitive market.

So, what’s involved?

           Drive new business across London and North of the M25, focusing on premium bars, pubs, restaurants, and quality-led groups

           Own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to pitching to closing

           Manage and grow existing accounts while prioritising new wins (80/20 split)

           Work with regional wholesalers where it makes sense, while maintaining a direct-first approach

           Confidently lead pricing and margin discussions

           Champion the brand in market – tastings, meetings, events, and face-to-face selling

About you

           A proven seller with 3–5 years’ experience in premium beverages (wine, spirits, or high-end softs) or On-Trade FMCG

           Thrives in face-to-face, field-based sales and knows how to build rapport quickly

           Resilient, self-motivated, and hungry – you enjoy the chase and don’t shy away from rejection

           Commercially confident and comfortable negotiating deals, pricing, and margins

           Organised and autonomous – you run your own patch, pipeline, and schedule

           Experience with challenger brands or smaller, fast-growth businesses is a big plus

           Brings energy, personality, and genuine passion for premium drinks

           London-based or easily commutable, with frequent travel across the city
