  • Highly energetic and be genuinely enthusiastic about the products and category as a whole

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organised and creative

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work at pace

  • Adaptable and able to prioritise workload, not compromising on quality

  • Gained a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Branded FMCG / Consumer Goods business

  • A desire to take ownership, bring your own ideas to the table and be given the freedom to work with autonomy

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Building the plan for brand activations and events, managing external agency partners, sampling, brand assets and managing stakeholders internally and externally

  • End to end ownership of the NPD process from ideation to launch

  • Assisting with the management of the annual marketing budget, including budget tracking tools and regular internal reporting

  • Creating and communicating brand activity plans, working closely with sales to bring the brand to life in the best conceivable way
