Meet Aaron, The Newest Addition to the Sales Team!

Welcome, Aaron, who joined the Signature team in July 2025.

Like a lot of people, Aaron fell into recruitment and decided to stick with it. Aaron says, "I love the relationships you can build with both candidates and clients, and have actually made some friends from my work. No day is ever the same, and it really pushes you to be the best you can be to get the best outcomes. I couldn't see myself sitting at a desk and doing any other job. The idea of not picking up the phone scares me more than picking up the phone!"

Before joining Signature, Aaron went solo traveling in Western Europe. And although he said it was scary, he would very much recommend this way of travelling to anyone.

Aaron loves history and everything to do with it, saying this is his true passion. Every chance he gets to learn more about any point in time, he jumps on it by listening to as many podcasts and documentaries as he can... maybe he can learn the full history of recruitment and feed it back to the team!!

Learn More About Aaron

Tell me about a moment you were star-struck?

"When I was 7/8 years old visiting London, I had just watched The Lord of the Rings for the first time, and I saw Ian McKellen walking down the street! I got very excited and started pointing and telling my parents, "That's Gandalf!". My dad, very embarrassed, pulled me away and told me to calm down, as he probably wants to get on with his daily life. He then walked up to me, bent down, and started talking to me about what I liked about Lord of the Rings and who the best characters were, and told me if I ever saw him again to never be afraid to come up and ask for a chat. I mean, what a nice guy!"

What's one thing you did recently that you are proud of?

"Going solo travelling and getting out of my comfort zone - this is something I never thought I would do".

What motivates you to come to work each day?

"To be the best I can possibly be, and I know I can help people find their perfect roles, and this is something I pride myself on."

What would your death row meal be?

"My mum's Jambalaya".

Can you recommend a book/podcast/film?

"A podcast called FinsvsHistory. The reason I would recommend this is that it's just two friends who are passionate about history, just having a laugh while discussing different topics. you learn about events and people you hve never heard of and have a good chuckle whilst you're doing it."

What's your secret talent that not many people know about?

"I'm very good at naming countries, and very good at Geoguesser".

If you could get a new skill in 10 minutes, what would it be?

"I would learn a new language, probably Spanish or Cantonese".
