​​We are excited to welcome Lizzy to the Signature team as our newest Senior Consultant, joining the Marketing team in June 2025.

With years of experience in recruitment (and still loving every minute of it), Lizzy brings a genuine passion for placing the right people in the right roles. She says it's a special thing to match a candidate and client, the kind of partnership that fuels business growth and builds careers.

Before joining us, Lizzy worked primarily within Healthcare and the Public Sector, so she's excited to get stuck into the fast-paced world of FMCG recruitment!

When she's not making connections professionally, you'll find her out walking with her toy poodle, trying out new recipes, or scouting out the best spots for dinner and drinks with friends and family ... she will definitely fit right in with everyone here!

Tell us a time you've been star-struck?

"Probably when I was a teenager and I first saw the Oceans 11 film and became besotted with Brad Pitt!"

What's one thing you did recently that you are proud of?

"Horse riding. It's something I have wanted to do for years, and finally got around to it last month, and I absolutely loved it!"

What motivates you to come to work each day?

"Helping people on a daily basis and also building my business acumen to own my own company one day!"

What would your death row meal be?

"Starter: Seafood platter. Main: Lamb Shank, creamy mash and greens with plenty of mint gravy. Desert: a huge helping of tiramisu accompanied by a classic mojito".

Can you recommend a book/podcast/film?

"The Great Gatsby, it's a classic and a must-read for a reason! It's been a favourite of mine for a long time, and if you're not a bookworm, then the film has a great soundtrack."

"What's your secret talent that not many people know about?

"I'm a great cook and really challenge myself regularly... however... I'm an awful baker!"

What was the first thing you bought with your own money?

"The first thing I remember buying with birthday money when I was young was a HUGE stuffed elephant from the gift store of Chester Zoo, which I must have dragged my parents into!"

If you could get a new skill in 10 minutes, what would it be?

"I would love to be able to play an instrument, as I don't have a musical bone in my body!"
