Be the driving force behind introducing cutting-edge workplace technology that enhances employee well-being, engagement, and appreciation
Bring bold, creative ideas to the table; not just deliver on a brief, but shape it from the start and bring it to life
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver forward-thinking, people-centric solutions
You don’t need to code or develop, but you must understand how technology can be applied to enhance workplace experience and well-being
This is a leadership role - you’ll set the vision, steer the plan, and have the authority to make things happen. To be successful in this role, you will be:
Able to spot opportunities to innovate and elevate the employee experience
Decisive and confident; taking ownership, making bold calls, and leading with conviction
Tech-Savvy and curious – someone who understands how tech can be applied and stays ahead of emerging trends
Design solutions with a deep understanding of employee needs.
