Signature Career Management are partnered with an exciting challenger brand based in Manchester, who are looking for a Sales Manager to join the business as they continue to expand. Whether you already have experience in FMCG, or you’re totally new to the industry but have a passion for sales, this is not one to miss out on! You’ll see your efforts with retailers and your products online, as well as the lives you touch from delivering a far superior product than the rest of the market!

In short, this Sales Manager role will see you supporting and driving the success of the sales team while helping to shape the future of a challenger FMCG brand that’s already making a difference to so many lives! You’ll be working across a variety of customers and channels, ensuring growth and strong relationships, with the opportunity to travel internationally to trade shows and to visit customers.
This role will see you
· Supporting the wider sales team in day to day activity
· Building and maintaining relationships with key retail and wholesale partners
· Identifying new business opportunities contributing to sales strategy
· Monitoring performance, reporting on KPIs, and ensuring targets are met
· Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the company at events and trade shows
What are we looking for?
· A motivated graduate or early-career professional with a passion for sales.
· An Entrepreneurial individual who is looking to make their mark!
· Someone who is independent, however is not afraid to ask questions when needed.
· Willing to get your hands dirty…. it is a challenger brand …you are involved in everything! (No joke!)
