They're seeking a Head of Hospitality to lead a high-performing team of National Account Managers and Executives. This team manages half of the company’s turnover across three critical hospitality segments. It’s a strategic, people-focused role where you’ll play a vital part in the next phase of growth.

So what does this role look like?

Key responsibilities –

  • Lead the overall channel strategy for Food Service & On-Trade

  • Coach and manage a team of National Account Managers and Executives

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts

  • Identify and secure new large-scale opportunities for growth and turn the dial on existing business.

About you –

  • Proven experience in either working with Food Service RTM, OR On-Trade channels

  • Previous line management and leadership experience

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen – you’re used to scaling growth

  • Curious, collaborative, and values driven

This London-based role requires 2–3 days a week in the office and regular interaction with your UK-wide team. The business has shown resilience where others have struggled and is poised for an exciting next chapter—with you at the helm of its hospitality growth.
