This is your opportunity to join a fast-moving, people-first food business that’s privately owned, values-led, and constantly evolving.
We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of retailer-specific marketing strategies across major UK grocery accounts, driving shopper engagement, brand visibility, and commercial growth across chilled categories.

- Build strong joint business plans and activation strategies with leading grocery retailers.
- Influence shopper behaviour through evidence-based trade stories and compelling activation proposals.
- Manage and optimise retail media investments (Tesco Media, Nectar 360, ASDA Media, etc.).
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Category, Brand and Digital teams.
- Use shopper and loyalty data (Nielsen, Kantar, retailer portals) to identify growth opportunities and optimise ROI.
- Adapt national brand campaigns for in-store and online execution that drive conversion.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing or customer/trade marketing within FMCG, ideally food or drink.
- Proven experience partnering with UK retailers on shopper marketing activation.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the UK retail landscape.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to influence at multiple levels.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into impactful activation.
Why Apply?
