We’re working with a disruptive, health-focused food brand that’s redefining its category with bold innovation, clinically proven health benefits, and an exciting growth trajectory. With tons of new products launching soon and major retailer partnerships expanding, they’re looking for a Category Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how the brand shows up in front of buyers and shoppers.

 

The Role

This is a brand new position, and it’s absolutely critical for the business. You’ll be the go-to on category insights: analysing Dunnhumby, Nielsen and other data sources, building compelling stories, and presenting them directly to customers.

 

It’s a role that combines data analysis with real influence. You’ll support sales conversations, own customer-facing category decks, and help answer the big questions buyers are asking, like “what is the future of...?”

  • Have experience in category, insights or data-led roles in FMCG (agency or client-side).
  • Are fluent with tools like Dunnhumby, Nielsen, Kantar or IRI.
  • Know how to turn spreadsheets into stories that influence customers.
  • Are confident presenting externally (or ready to step up into it).
  • Want a role with visibility, ownership, and a clear progression path
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

 

REQUIRMENTS:

  • You MUST come from an FMCG background
  • You MUST have at least 3-5 years of experience
