 Are you a passionate sales professional looking for autonomy, uncapped earnings, and the chance to make a real impact? This established food business specialising in Frozen Meat, Poultry and Seafood is creating a brand-new role to drive growth across Wholesale, Foodservice, Ethnic and B2B channels. With 30+ years in the market, they’re proud of their strong partnerships, global supplier base, and customer-first approach – and now they’re ready for their next phase of growth.

This is a newly created position designed to bring in fresh customers and new opportunities. While you’ll be given some existing accounts to manage, the focus will be on new business – opening doors, building long-term partnerships, and identifying growth areas across the UK and export markets. You’ll be working remotely or from the Southern office (your choice), and you will have plenty of autonomy, backed by a trusted team and the infrastructure of a business that knows how to deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Drive new business development across Wholesale, Foodservice, Ethnic and B2B customers.

·        Grow existing accounts where relevant and build strong, lasting partnerships.

·        Identify and develop opportunities to expand the export side of the business.

·        Work closely with Directors and the wider sales team to maximise commercial growth.

·        Represent the business professionally at customer meetings and industry events.

Key Requirements:

·        Proven track record in food sales – Meat or Seafood experience is great, but any food background will be considered.

·        Strong customer network across Wholesale, Foodservice, Ethnic or B2B channels.

·        Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to run your territory like your own business.

·        Relationship-driven, consultative approach to sales.

·        Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with quarterly trips to Suffolk.
