Job description
This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger food brands and become the creative force behind one of the most distinctive brands on social.
Are you the person who instinctively spots content opportunities everywhere you look? The one who watches a TikTok and immediately starts thinking about how you'd make it better? Do you have the creativity, humour and confidence to turn everyday ideas into videos people actually want to watch?
If so, this could be the perfect opportunity.
This is a business that has built incredible momentum in a short space of time, disrupting a traditional category with a bold brand, brilliant products and a marketing style that refuses to blend into the background. With nationwide retail distribution, a thriving D2C business and ambitious plans for continued growth, they're now looking for a creative content specialist to help take their social presence to the next level.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a rigid content calendar and churn out safe posts. You'll have the freedom to experiment, test ideas, make people laugh, learn what works and help define how the brand shows up across TikTok and Instagram Reels.
You'll own day-to-day organic social, working closely with the Senior Creative to shape the wider social strategy, whilst also contributing ideas to larger brand campaigns and supporting the Growth team with paid social content.
If you're looking for a role where creativity is genuinely valued, ideas move quickly and no two days look the same, this is it.
Key responsibilities:
Own and lead the day-to-day organic social content across TikTok and Instagram Reels
Develop original content ideas, film, edit and publish engaging short-form video content
Analyse content performance, identify what's working and continually evolve the content strategy
Work alongside the Senior Creative to develop social campaigns around key launches and cultural moments
Bring wider brand campaigns to life across social channels through creative video content
Support the Growth team by creating engaging paid social content inspired by high-performing organic ideas
Stay close to social platforms, understanding audience behaviour whilst helping the brand carve out its own unique space rather than simply following trends
This role is perfect for someone who loves creating. Someone who's full of ideas, enjoys experimenting, isn't afraid to put themselves in front of the camera (when needed), and gets excited about making content that people genuinely choose to watch.
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience creating engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels or similar platforms
Strong filming and editing skills with an eye for pace, humour and storytelling
Naturally creative with an endless stream of content ideas
Understands social-first content and what captures attention within the first few seconds
Confident working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment
Comfortable behind the camera and ideally happy appearing in front of it too
Someone who genuinely understands challenger brand mindset, and how to create content that feels original, entertaining and memorable
Bonus points if you have:
Experience contributing to wider social strategy
Exposure to paid social creative across Meta, YouTube or TikTok
Strong copywriting skills
Design, photography or illustration experience
You don't need to tick every box. If you're an exceptional content creator with brilliant instincts, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious challenger brand where your ideas won't disappear into layers of approval. You'll have real ownership, creative freedom and the chance to shape the social presence of one of the UK's fastest-growing food brands.
Sound like you? Please don't hesitate in applying, I'd love to hear from you!
