Sales Manager
Job description
Passionate about the On-Trade but feel like you’re missing something? Do you want to be part of something ground-breaking? I’d highly recommend taking a read of this!
This brand launched last year and has already taken the on-trade by storm. Built around a refreshing European concept that’s been a cult favourite abroad for decades, they’re now showing the UK what it’s been missing. After proving incredible traction in their first 18 months, and with strong investment secured, they’re entering their next phase of rapid growth - and looking for a Sales Manager to help take them there.
People say startups are risky - and most of them are. But this one? They’re outselling household brands in the venues where they’re listed, backed by serious industry investors, and have built a route-to-market that’s delivering results far beyond expectations.
Some standout achievements so far…
· Smashed their 2025 revenue target by +50%!
· Built strong distribution across the South Coast, Anglia, and major UK cities.
· Regularly outselling category giants.
· Strong RTM in place with leading wholesalers.
· Scaled a tight, talented team including founders, trade marketing, and BDEs.
· Closed a serious investment to fuel aggressive expansion for the next two years.
So where do you come in?
This brand is now hiring a Sales Manager - a pivotal role that will elevate the founders out of the day-to-day and help drive their next stage of UK growth.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-ownership commercial leadership role before the rocketship truly takes off. You’ll be the bridge between the senior leadership team and the field, managing and developing a growing team and shaping the commercial strategy for nationwide expansion.
You’ll lead 2 direct reports, coach them to success, and build smart, scalable sales plans that unlock huge amounts of low-hanging fruit across the UK on-trade.
This is a brand creating a category - not just launching another drinks brand! The opportunity for progression? Massive. The route to Head of Sales? Clear.
Must-haves
· London-based.
· 3–5 years of sales experience in BWS — ideally with beer, kegs or draught.
· Managed at least one direct report and knows how to motivate, coach and elevate a team.
· A strategic mindset – this role is about leadership and structured growth, not pure cold-calling.
· Relationship-driven; confident in-venue and commercially switched-on.
· A natural leader who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Awesome role, right?
