Meet Maria, Our New Divisional Manager
We’re very excited to welcome Maria to Signature as our new Divisional Manager, joining us to develop and grow our offering across NPD, Technical, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and HR.
Maria brings a pretty impressive amount of FMCG knowledge with her. Before moving into recruitment in 2017, she spent 20 years working within the FMCG industry itself, giving her first-hand experience of the sector, the people within it and the challenges businesses face.
Since making the move into recruitment, Maria has put that experience to very good use, partnering with food and drink businesses across the UK and recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Technical, NPD, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and HR.
Her appointment with us marks an exciting next step for Signature. While we’ve built a strong reputation and network across Sales and Marketing, Maria’s experience means we can now build on that foundation and develop our specialist offering across the wider FMCG functions that keep businesses moving, innovating and growing.
For Maria, recruitment was a natural next step after two decades in the industry:
“I wanted to use my experience to work closely with FMCG clients, understanding their businesses and helping them find the right people.”
And when she’s not talking FMCG? You’ll most likely find Maria reading, baking, travelling, watching football or out walking the dog. So, naturally, she should fit into Signature life rather well. Particularly the dog bit.
We’re absolutely delighted to have Maria on board and very excited to see her division take shape over the coming months.
Welcome to Signature, Maria!
